The mob broke the trees and stopped infront of the castle. "Let Belle go let Belle go" they chanted.

Belle felt as if she were going to cry. "I have to go or else things will get out of hand."she said "I don't want anyone to get hurt."

Beast remembered the curse that had been put on him. He looked at Belle & nodded slowly.

She looked down at their hands and slowly and reluctantly let her hand fall out of his. She hugged him swiftly and then hurried down the hall. She opened the door and Leopold came forth galiantly on his white horse and picked her up. He took out his short knife and then swiftly sliced her arm so it stated bleeding. No one else saw him and Belle winced jerking away before the knife was removed and it cut deeper. She felt tears threaten to fall over and she punched him again knocking him backwards abit. Leopold ignored her punch and then turned his horse to face the mob. "The beast has marked her go forth burn the castle take no hostages. Leave the beast for me."he said with a smile. The mod ran forth towards the castle. Belle screamed out loud "NO...." the tears spilling over. Belle tried to jump off the horse but Leopold caught her knocking the breath out of her. He turned his horse towards Clark and Trent. "Take her to my house and keep her there"they nodded to Belle and started ridding back to town. Belle looked up at the window her arm was bleeding heavily

Beast watched Belle with a sad expression. A sudden, intense pain stabbed his heart. He winced & clutched at his chest. Mrs. Pots looked out the window on the bottom floor of the castle. She gasped & quickly ran to find Chip. Clocksworth ran up to Beast's room & opened the door swiftly. "Master! A mob is attacking the castle! What should we do?" he asked urgently. Beast clenched his teeth at the pain in his chest. "Run..leave the castle..." Clocksworth looked stunned "But you'll.." "I don't care! Run now before they break in!" Clocksworth gave Beast a sad look & nodded.

Belle had to get away she had to go back.

Leopold and the mob broke in and started looking for maids, butlers,guest anyone. In the thick of it all leopold let out a laugh and ran up the stairs. He had seen the two fo them earlier and ran tot he room. he busted open the door and said "Well Well it's such a shame you had to harm the poor girl. I mean did you see the gash on her arm? Heart braking"

Clocksworth found Loomier & they ran outside with Mrs. Pots & Chip. Beast looked at Leopold with a defiant glare but said nothing. When Clocksworth, Loomier, Mrs. Pots & Chip left Beast felt a stab of pain from each of them.

Leopold has his knife in his hand and was holding it and watching the candle light bounce off of it. He looked up and smiled walking over to beast and circling him.

It started to rain outside, Beast kept his eyes on Leopold.

Beast flinched abit, he glanced at the open window as thunder rumbled.

Beast narrowed his eyes at Leopold & growled abit.

"That a boy"he laughed "Now then how about you tell me why you had Belle? She's my property"

Beast's nose wrinkled in distaste at the word 'property'. "How dare you!" he said in a low growl. "Belle in nobody's property! Especially not yours!"

"Uhmm this"he cupped a purple bag filled with coins "says otherwise" he smiled again it was a sour smile

Beast growled without holding back this time. He slashed at Leopold.

Beast screamed at the seering pain in his shoulder. His fingers wrapped around the knife's handle. He quickly climbed out on the large balcony, the rain left a red trail from Beast's shoulder.

Leopold grabbed a candle holder and jumped out the window after him.
