"Okay I need you to get all the blood and dirt off of my arm and mainly focus on the wound."she told him quietly. She looked horrible. "You have to hurry or else it will get cold and will be no good. After that you have to put the paste on my wound and put the Muslin over it then wrapp it tightly with the bandage. Also I love you"she said and then drifted.

Mantor's heart skipped a beat. He cleaned her wound, he put the paste & the muslin on it. He wrapped the bandage around it. "I-Ivy..please.."

Ivy looked at him and said "It's really cold in here" in truth it was pretty warm. her arm was hot then cold then hot then cold. it was due to the herbs reacting to each other. She would be feeling better hopefull in the morning, but if it was to late she wouldn't make ti through the night. She tried to get up and move closer to him but all the happened was she raised herself barely off the ground and then fell back down. The shakking was gone and she was just deathly pale and weak.

Mantor carefully picked Ivy up & started for the stairs. He held her close burying his face in her hair as he walked.

Ivy curled against him best she could. She was drifting again

Mantor carefully put Ivy on her bed. He sat next to the bed watching her.

Ivy curled into a ball and drifted into sleep. She started dreaming of her parents. The night they died and the night she almost died. She was shaking again.

Mantor looked at her, he gentily touched her arm.

Ivy opened her eyes and looked up at him still shakking. She was crying in her sleep. She moved her hand to Mantor's

Mantor carefully put his rms around her.

Ivy leaned into him shakking. She finally stopped shakking and layed there until she fell asleep once again.

Mantor quietly sat back in his chair & continued to watch her.

Ivy slept silently her chest slowly rising evenly. She was getting color back now. It was close to midnight now and if she made it to then she would be safe.

At midnight Mantor was still watching Ivy carefully. He didn't change, he didn't realise it tho.

At exactly midnight Ivy took a deep breath and her color returned and her breathing went back to normal, She was still asleep though.

Mantor smiled abit & leaned back in his chair. His eyelids were drooping abit.

Ivy sighed quitly as she slept.

Few Hours Later.....The sun started to rise, Mantor's ears twitched but he remained asleep.

Ivy opened ehr eyes and gowled abit as the sun got in her eyes. She then rolled over and went back to sleep.

Mantor slowly & reluctantly woke up. He saw Ivy still sleeping & quietly got up & went downstairs. When he reached the bottom step He heard a tiny mewl. He stopped & his ears perked up. He opened the front door, looking down he saw a tiny orange kitten.

He kneeled down & carefully picked it up, it looked cold & wet.

Ivy awoke shortly after Mantor and then got up. She stretched and then headed to find Mantor. Her arm was feeling better but she knew it would be awhile before she could go wolf and was thankful that the full moon wasn't for awhile. She saw Mantor and kissed him on the cheek. "Morning"she said wipping her eyes. She stopped mid step whens he saw the kitten. "It's soooo cute"she said.

The kitten looked at Ivy with big eyes & mewled again. Mantor saw this & bit his lip to keep from meowing in response.

"Can I hold him or her?"she asked pleadingly.

"Yea, I think it's a him." Mantor carefully handed her the kitten.

Ivy carefully took him from Mantor and stroked his orange fur. "What's his name?"she asked

Mantor shrugged "I don't know it doesn't have a tag. It's just a kitten so the mother must be around here somewhere." He headed towards the door "I'll be right back." He left out the door & started looking for the kitten's mother. He walked into the woods & stopped dead when he saw something.

Ivy thought herself new clothes on and then sat in a chair stroking the cat.

The kitten purred. Mantor let out a shuddering breath as he stared at a mother cat laying on the ground. He couldn't hear it's heart even with his cat ears. He gehtily nudged the cat, it didn't move. He felt hot tears sting his eyes, he turned & ran back to Ivy's house. He opened the door & went inside.

Ivy was happily playing with playing with the kitty. "Hey, what's wrong?"she asked when she saw him.

Mantor was leaning on the door as if he were depressed. He gave a soft whine looking like he was struggling to hold back tears.

Ivy put the kitty down on the chair and went over to him. She brushed the hair out of his hair and asked "She's not..."she couldn't finish the sentance

Mantor bit his lower lip & looked like he was going to break down, but got a hold on himself enough to nod silently "It was just there...so helpless, laying in the middle of the woods waiting for something to pick it up..&..& I....just couldn't do anything to help it...."

"It isn't your fault" Ivy said hugging him to her. "Atleast her kitten is safe. She would want you to tak ecare of him for her. You found him for a reason."she told him

Mantor growled quietly, not in an aggressive way just enough to show he needed her to be with him.

"I'm not going to leave you ever again"she promised and looked up at him. "You going to let us keep the kitteh right?"she asked smiling

Mantor nodded as a muffled sob escaped the teenage werecat's lips. His silky ears drooped.

Ivy stood on her toes and kissed him before placing her head on his chest "It's okay I promise. The kitty is safe your safe I'm safe Aubrey's safe. Better yet we're together."she told him

Mantor nodded & hugged her.

She smiled and hugged him tightly.

Mantor gentily pulled away & felt the corners of his mouth. "Oh man..."

"I'm growing cat whiskers...." Mantor replied in a slightly stressed voice.

"Okay?"she asked confused.

"I've never grown whiskers before." Mantor's expression was slightly paniced.

"It'll be fine" Ivy reasured him.

Mantor smiled abit, not noticing his tail appeared behing him. The kitten walked over to them & mewled.

"What did he say?"Ivy asked "Can you tell?"

Mantor tilted his head to the side & looked at the kitten. He smiled abit & laughed. "He said he's hungry."

"So am I" she said and then let go of Mantor. "Are you hungry?"she asked him. Ivy got the kitten some salmon that was still raw and cut it into tiny peices and sat it on the floor. She though a collar that had black and white checker prints on it. She thought herself a scone and some orange juice. She looked at Mantor. "What's his name gonna be?"
