The Coven

"Very good. I see you already know what Fish is. Would you like me to cook some for your dinner?" she asked

"Okay you can hang with Grassway or something"she said turning and walking up to the kitchen. She grabbed the fish and some other things. She turned on the oven and waited for it to pre-heat as she got the fish ready. She found ehr Ipod and started listning to 'Gotta Go My Own Way' she didn't know why she liked it but she did. The door was almost all the way closed and she started singing. "I've got to move on and be who I am I just don't belong here I hope you understand We might find our place in this world someday But at least for now I gotta go my own way" She didn't think anybody would hear her and she didn't mean to it just happened. She was actually extreamly good at it but didn't do it infront of others.

Grassway looked at him and said "Listen" she often listened to Charlie when she did. Of course Charlie didn't know.

Charlie was still singing. "What about us? What about everything we've been through? What about trust? you know I never wanted to hurt you... "

"She is very good you know but she never sing infront of other people." she said

Charlie put the fish in the oven and then started cleaning up.
"and what about me? What am I supposed to do? I gotta leave but I'll miss you I'll miss you so I've got to move on and be who I am Why do you have to go? I just don't belong here I hope you understand I'm trying to understand" she sang

Grassway smiled with him

"We might find our place in this world someday but at least for now I gotta go my own way I gotta go my own way I gotta go my own way" she sang finishing the song. She set the timer and then started walking towards the door. She took on ear peice out as she walked and listened to the next song not singing. "What is it you guys?"she asked totally clueless about what was going on.

Grassway didn't answer just sat downa nd starting cleaning herself

"Would you like to learn some more?"she asked sitting on her coushin.

She opened the bookand turned to a page that had different verbs on it. She saw a girla dn pointed to the word "Sing"she said

"What?" she asked confused. She was listening to 18 Days by Saving Abel.

"Why do you want me to sing?" she asked him.

"But,"she said embarrassed. "I-I don't even think I can sing." she said

"But you can. I have been listening ot you for years." Grassway said.

"But fine"she said and took several deep breaths before atempting to sing.
"Its been 18 days Since I had to look at myself I dont wanna have to change If I dont then no one will...." she trailed off. It didn't sound as good as before but still good and it was low.

"Is it my state of mind Or is it just everything else I dont wanna have to be here I dont understand it now Cuz its been 18 days Since I first held you But to me it feels just like It feels like a lifetime Im tryin hard to rearrange But some say its the hardest thing to do Thats another 18 days Without you" she sang looking at Jacob and his enjoyment. She was happy to see him happy.

She smiled at him and Grassway purred. "Thanks"she said blushing

Charlie smiled at him and then fixed a piece of hair that was all looped and standing up.

Grassway smiled at them and then told Jacob "Your doing good" she was impressed

"No problem" Grassway mewed.

About that time the beeper went off on the oven and Charlie hurried up the stairs and opened the kitchen door. The smell of baked slamon and lemon filled the air and drifted downstairs. Charlie took it out and cut the oven off. She got out a plate that had Bob the Builder on it and a Nemo plate. She had all these disney kid plates because she liked the pictures and they were the right size for grassway to eat off of. She put some fish on both plates and then fixed a cup of Sweet Tea. She put it on a fold out table and then carried it down teh stairs. She set the tiny table down and Then sat Grassway's nemo plate on the floor so she could eat. Shegave Jacob the fork and then said "Here you go" she sat on her coushin and read a book. She didn't want ot watch them eat it was kinda creepy to do so.

Charlie looked up at him and she crawled over to him. She used his fork and cut a piece off then said "Stick the food in your mouth" she sat the fork down so he could get it

"Good?"she aske dhim smiling

"Thanks good"she said "I'll get you more if you want it."

"Would you like more?"she asked

"Okay"she said getting up and taking their plates "Do you want your drink?"she asked him.

"Do you know how to drink out of a cup? If you don't you put it you lips and then tilt it back alittle so it goes into your mouth and then swallowshe said simply"

"Ahh not that much"she said running up the stairs and grabbing a towel as she put the plates down. She started to clean him up. "Only a little bit nad I think we need to use a straw from now on"she said

Charlie finished cleaning him up and then went up stairs and found 'A Skylit Drive' shirt that was to big for her and a pair of baggy jeans that should fit him and walked down the stairs and gave it to him. "Do you want to take a shower or a bath?"she asked

"Like do you want to clean yourself in the bathtub?"she asked him she hoped she wouldn't have to explain in detail what a bath was.
